4.Details of Production Process
1)Strictly control the quality of raw materials.
The friction material is composed of more than 70kinds of raw material.
2)Sand blasting shot blasting ,improve the surface roughness.Spray glue to ensure a better combination with the backplate
3)Hot pressing machine hot pressing efficiency.The automatic weighing machine is used for weighing, which has high weighing accuracy and small weight deviation of the mixture. It can make the friction material after hot pressing have stable friction performance and mechanical characteristics.
4)Heating for 10 hours and last for 200℃.Heat will solidify resin, adhesive and other components completely, ensuring consistent friction and high service life of the product during use.
5)Slotting and chamfering, disperse the heat generated in the braking process in time, reduce the temperature of the brake pad and disc, provide braking performance, and remove the dust generated in the braking process.
6)Painting,in order to provide the appearance quality of brake pads and prevent the quality problems caused by steel back corrosion.
7)Shim bonding.Shims are placed on the brake pad to help lock-in sound.
