Online ethanol concentration meter

 

The online ethanol concentration meter sensor operates based on the principle of component vibration, with the component part being a tuning fork immersed in the measured liquid. The tuning fork is vibrated by an internal piezoelectric device fixed at the bottom end of the fork body. The oscillation frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed at the other end of the fork, and then amplified by a circuit at the top. The density of the liquid is closely related to the vibration frequency during the flow of the measured liquid. When the density of the measured liquid changes, the vibration frequency during the flow of the liquid also changes accordingly. The density of the measured liquid can be calculated using the following equation.

Online ethanol concentration meter OEM ODM

The online ethanol concentration meter can perform real-time and online density detection. It can be applied to process control of products with density as the basic parameter, or to quality control with solid percentage or concentration percentage as the reference. In traditional brewing distillation, the alcohol content of the distillate is mainly determined by manual experience of "picking wine from flowers" to determine the alcohol content of the liquor. Traditional processes without data reference standards may result in quality assurance due to personal experience differences, and the entire wine picking process is not closed, posing food hygiene and production safety hazards, and unable to achieve automated production. The online alcohol meter is installed in the pipeline to measure and display the alcohol content of the distillate at 20 ℃ in real time. At the same time, the alcohol concentration and temperature data are transmitted to the PLC or DCS system, and automatic wine picking is controlled through calculation to achieve an automated brewing process of "pinching the head and tail, picking the wine through flowers".
